How do I migrate from my spreadsheets?
Paste your URLs, one by one or in bulk: WebStacker detects the DNS, CMS, registrar and host, then creates the records. You take over an entire portfolio without retyping or imposed formats.
Are my client credentials safe?
Yes. The vault encrypts credentials and secrets at rest with AES-256. They are never stored or shown in plain text, and stay isolated per agency.
Which DNS providers are supported?
Cloudflare, OVH, Gandi, Infomaniak and ClouDNS. You manage your zones straight from WebStacker, without juggling dashboards.
Is there a commitment?
None. Plans are monthly, with no commitment: you change plan or cancel whenever you want, in one click from your workspace.
How does CMS monitoring work?
A lightweight beacon, installed on your WordPress and Joomla sites, reports versions, available updates and known vulnerabilities. You see at a glance what needs fixing.
Can I work as a team?
Yes. Invite your team with the right roles. Everyone accesses the agency estate, within strict isolation between agencies.
Do I need to install anything on my clients' sites?
No, nothing is required: automatic analysis works without any installation. For in-depth CMS monitoring, a lightweight plugin (WordPress, Joomla or Laravel) can be installed: it runs read-only, changes nothing and uninstalls in one click.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union. Credentials and documents are encrypted at rest, backups are replicated as encrypted archives, and each agency is strictly isolated from the others. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Can I get my data back if I cancel?
Yes. You remain the owner of your data. On simple request sent to contact@webstacker.app, we provide a CSV export of your portfolio (clients, sites, domains, hostings, services, providers, contacts) within a reasonable time, throughout your subscription and for up to 30 days after it is cancelled. After that period, the account data is deleted in accordance with our Terms.
